The Wagon House

The Wagon House is centrally located onthe ranch. Surrounded by rolling pastures, and white fencing, it boasts charm and grace. The beautiful black and white flooring is perfect for dancing and entertaining.

 It is the ideal heated or cooled option for an elegant wedding or event. With room for up to 90 guests, it is a perfect intimate venue.

Included with The Wagon House:​

  • 15 six foot long rectangle tables

  • 100 fabric stackable chairs

  • A large TV mounted in the building

  • Heat/AC/Electricity

  • Use of The Lawn or The Pond for photos

  • Plentiful Parking

  • One Standard Portable Toilet

  • Use for rehearsal dinner as well​

 

When you book The Wagon House, it will be available to you on Friday the weekend of your event starting at 7 o'clock in the morning. You may use the venue all day Saturday, and it must be retuned to its original state by Sunday at noon. The Wagon House is a romantic venue that we guarantee to enchant your guests.

 

For an additional cost you may:

  • Book our two cabins which can be used to prepare/sleep the wedding party and/or house guests

  • Book The Tea Room for a Bridal Tea and/or photos the day of the event

  • Book The Lawn for the Ceremony

  • Book the Pond for the Ceremony

Outside portable toilet rentals, outside chair/table/tent rentals, and outside caterers are welcome!
