About the Event
IMPORTANT: Please come between the hours of 2:30PM and 4:30 PM. YOU MUST BE READY TO SERVE THE PUBLIC at 4:45! Gates open to the public at 5!!! We are unable to supply power for any vendors, and NO generators are allowed (unless you're a food vendor or an attraction vendor going away from spectators). Food vendors are allowed 3 workers. All other vendor types are allowed two workers. Additional workers must purchase a ticket. Please fill out a vendor application and remit payment. Food vendors must be completely set up by 4:45pm. Vendors must have their own source of power/lighting. We will not provide electric for any vendors. Food vendors are allowed three workers. Additional workers must purchase a ticket.

For bounce houses, mechanical bull, face painting, etc. Message Gracie to see if someone of your expertise will already be setting up. 919-669-8546. Vendor must be completely set up by 4:45pm. Vendor must provide their own source of power/lighting. Vendor must be insured. Each attraction may have two workers. Additional workers must purchase spectator tickets. Vendor must be set up no later than 4:45pm. This event is rain or shine. No refunds. No exchanges.
