About the Event
IMPORTANT: we will not supply power for any vendors, and NO generators are allowed (unless you're a food vendor). Food vendors are allowed 3 workers. All other vendor types are allowed two workers. Additional workers must purchase a ticket. Please fill out a vendor application and remit payment. If you are a Paparazzi/Avon/etc. dealer, please check with us before paying to ensure you are the only vendor for your product. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. There are absolutely NO refunds and NO exchanges. Limited food and dessert vendor spots available. Vendors MUST have their own source of power and lights. We will not supply power for any vendors. For bounce houses, mechanical bull, face painting, etc. Message Gracie to see if someone of your expertise will already be setting up. 919-669-8546. Vendor must be completely set up by 4:45pm. Vendor must provide their own source of power/lighting. Vendor must be insured. Each attraction may have two workers. Additional workers must purchase spectator tickets. Vendor must be set up no later than 4:45pm. This event is rain or shine. No refunds. No exchanges.
