Food vendors are allowed 3 people. Please fill out a vendor application and remit payment. If you are a Paparazzi/Avon/etc. dealer, please check with us before paying to ensure you are the only vendor for your product. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. There are absolutely NO refunds and NO exchanges.

About the Event

Food vendors are allowed 3 workers. All other vendor types are allowed two workers. Additional workers must purchase a ticket. Please fill out a vendor application and remit payment. If you are a Paparazzi/Avon/etc. dealer, please check with us before paying to ensure you are the only vendor for your product. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. There are absolutely NO refunds and NO exchanges. Limited food and dessert vendors. Vendors MUST have their own source of power and lights. We will not supply power for any vendors. Please text Graacie with any questions at 919-669-8546. All vendors must be set up no later than 4:45pm. We will close off the vendor area at 4:45pm sharp and will not allow any more vendors beyond that point. No refunds and no exchanges on vendor spaces. Gates open for spectators at 5pm. The show starts at 7pm.

Tickets

  • Food/dessert Vendor

    Food vendors must be completely set up by 4:45pm. Vendors must have their own source of power/lighting. We will not provide electric for any vendors. Food vendors are allowed three workers. Additional workers must purchase a ticket.

    +$2.50 service fee

  • Attraction Vendor

    For bounce houses, mechanical bull, face painting, etc. Message Gracie to see if someone of your expertise will already be setting up. 919-669-8546. Vendor must be completely set up by 4:45pm. Vendor must provide their own source of power/lighting. Vendor must be insured. Each attraction may have two workers. Additional workers must purchase spectator tickets. Vendor must be set up no later than 4:45pm. This event is rain or shine. No refunds. No exchanges.

    +$1.88 service fee

  • Shopping Vendors

    For vendors who sell merchandise. Check with me before you register if you deal in Paparazzi, Avon, etc. 919-669-8546 Vendors are allowed 2 workers. Additional workers must purchase spectator tickets. Vendors must be completely set up by 4:45pm. Vendors must have their own source of power/lighting. We will not provide electric for any vendors. No generators allowed.

  • Informational/Advertisement

    Absolutely NO SALES with this ticket. This is to pass out brochures, advertise business/services, and give away items. Vendors must be completely set up by 4:45pm. Vendors must have their own source of power/lighting. We will not provide electric for any vendors. This event is rain or shine. No refunds. No exchanges. Vendors are allowed two workers. Additional workers must purchase spectator tickets. No generators allowed.

  • 501(c)(3) vendors

    Must be set up by 4:45Pm. No refunds. No exchanges. The show is rain or shine! Vendors must have their own source of power/lighting. We will not provide electric for any vendors. Vendors are allowed two workers. Additional workers must purchase spectator tickets. No generators allowed.
