About the Event
Please note: Check-in for Ranch Academy is at 6:50 pm Sunday, June 14. Please feel free to come early for church (5:30 pm in the Wagon House on the Ranch)!
We are excited to be hosting Cavvietta Grils Ranch Academy this summer! This is for girls aged 12-17. These young cowgirls will work on horsemanship and stockmanship skills. There will be time spent fishing and sitting around the campfire exchanging cowboy stories. Participants should be ready to pitch a tent and come hungry for cowboy grub on this 4 day/4 night stay on rolling green pastures in Elm City, NC. Girls may bring their own mounts or rent one from our cavvy! Participants MUST come willing to learn! Riders must be able to catch/groom/saddle and walk/jog/lope and ride out in open spaces confidently.
