About the Event
*Vendors must be set up by 4:45 at the absolute latest. We will have the building open that Thursday night for set up in case anyone needs.

We are proud to host the Cowboy Christmas Extravaganza on Friday, November 15th at Cavvietta in the Wagon House (yay for heat!!)!

6x6 Vendor Space
Indoor vendor space. One 6' table will be provided. You can bring another!

+$1.25 ticket service fee
Bring your own Trailer
This is for vendors who have their own trailers and prefer to sell out of the trailer. You must bring your own power (generator, etc.). This is not for food vendors.

Bring Your Own Tent (outdoors)
This is for vendors who wish to bring their own tables and tent to set up outside. This event is rain or shine. Please bring your own power (generators, etc.).

Food Vendor
This is the only ticket for food vendors. Food vendors must set up outside and must provide their own source of power. Please text Gracie prior to purchasing a ticket to make sure you're not duplicating what is already being served. 919-669-8546
